First restaurant and first bar

We have decided to go to the restaurant with the French Team to try. We found on TripAdvisor a Scandinavian restaurant, with good rate and not so expensive. That was the good time to see what is a Scandinavian restaurant. We arrived at 7 pm and when we entered into the restaurant, people were eating dessert or drinking an infusion. At this moment, we remembered that Finnish people eat very early. We gone to the 2nd floor to see and we asked to a waitress how it happen. She said that we have to find a table for us and go down to order our meal. When we were at the counter, another waiter gave us English menu … well done, we don’t speak Finnish. So, we ordered different things. I took a Chicken Bread and Nordic Tapas. The waiter said us to take our cutlery and to serve ourselves water or milk (Finnish people drink milk at every meal) and that he gone to serve our meal. Our meals are coming. In my Nordic Tapas, I have 2 slices of bread, smoked salmon, ham, 2 sauces, some lettuce, 2 slices of cheese and a quinoa croquette. The Chicken Bread was breaded chicken on a slice of bread, with sauce, lettuce, fresh cream and onions. That was very pleasant. During the dinner, we have think about going in a bar. We have found an unconventional bar who is in an old bank. It’s a very old institution, with woods and many decorations. We have taken Finnish bier to try. Finnish bier is not so good. Bier is very expensive in Finland (and alcohol generally). The pint is between 8 and 10€. But we had to go in a bar like this one. We have passed a very pleasant evening to watch ice hockey on the TV of the bar.
