I had the desire to practise sport beside my Erasmus courses and CampusSport turned out to be the best option. It's an organisation mainly turn to students because in fact CampusSport give the right to use their services to students and staff groups at Turku University of Applied Sciences, the University of Turku, Åbo Akademi University and so on. Luckily for me but after all it’s obviously, it works for exchange students.

They have quite a few places in Turku (5 different gyms) where adherents can exert themselves. Activities’ choice isn’t negligible, they present a weekly schedule on that you can enrol and there is something for everyone. In addition, a team of tutors works with us, they are available in the sense to help people during their exercices, give advices…

At the end, it comes down a lot and essentially to indoor activities but it’s logical, I’m in Finland!

I spoke about sports and everything but the main attractive thing is definitely the subscription’s price. I paid 44 euros for the spring semester and if I had planned to be here for the all year, I would have paid only 66 euros.

Here, there is their website link, I let you check what activities they propose and where you can find their services in the city of Turku.
